March Featured Wines – The Wild Fighter Sauvignon Blanc & The Wild Fighter Cabernet Sauvignon, California

We are back to California wines in March. Guillaume Touton, through his company Monsieur Touton, directly imports and distributes wines by buying from producers all over the world. But he also sources wines by directly partnering with producers, often from the vineyard stage, to manage logistics and bottling, allowing for faster, more cost-effective distribution. Some of these wines carry his label but most carry the label of the bottler.

Our March wines are the result of this kind of direct partnership. The Wild Fighter in Healdsburg, California, is the bottler for the 2024 The Wild Fighter Sauvignon Blanc made from grapes grown in Lodi and the 2023 Wild Fighter Cabernet Sauvignon made from grapes grown in the Alexander Valley. The Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, clean white. The Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold red. For California wines both are priced to fit a budget.
