This month we are again featuring Italian wines. 2025 Brunellesco Pinot Grigio delle Venezie is from northeastern Veneto also on the Adriatic. This region is the Italian hub for this varietal. Those familiar with Pinot Grigio (very few are not) know this as a refreshing, light bodied wine which can be enjoyed as an appertif or with most foods requiring a crisp white.
The 2022 Podere Castorani Cadetto Montepulciano d’Abruzzo gives you another opportunity to enjoy a medium bodied, certified organic wine that gets an 89 from James Suckling. If you are interested in comparing this with last month’s Masciarelli Montepulciano, we will offer 10% off the pair.
We had planned to offer an orange Pinot Grigio and Primitivo from Abruzzo but supply limitations changed that for now. Both are delicious wines so they will be here when the supply allows.
