Maurice Sevigny – Painter & Jewelry Designer

During August Bishop’s Stock will feature Maurice Sevigny. Maurice is one of a very few of our artists who paint as well as create 3-dimensional work. The show will feature colorful paintings and creative jewelry. His current body of work has been inspired by international travel and has grown out of digital experimentation using the computer software as a color enhancement and design distortion tool. Maurice is recognized for his very colorful adaptations of figurative, floral, abstract and landscape images which are his unique combinations of mixed media. His “One of a Kind” jewelry designs incorporate his keen sense of color and texture and represent unique combinations of beading that use multicultural beading sources.
